Workshop data acquisition system based on ZigBee

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of data acquisition in workshop, the network communication protocol between field device layer and management layer was studied. A method that collecting data based on ZigBee wireless communication technology was presented. Firstly, the whole structure of data acquisition system was introduced. And then, the hardware design of CC2530based data acquisition nodes was described. Also, the communication protocol between coordinator and server based on TCP/IP protocol was investigated. Finally, an experiment was carried out by using relay nodes to figure out the bit error rate and packet loss rate. The results indicate that ZigBee can realtimely collect devices various data, and the system has better steability in remote data transmission.
