Abstract: Aiming at solving sawing efficiency problems of the honeycomb denitration catalyst material, which caused by its high brittleness, the sawing load, sawing angle and sawing energy were studied. The structure discontinuity characteristics was reorganized and summarized. Based on classical sawing load modeling theory and a large number of sawing experiment, a design of the optimal sawing angle was proposed to realize high efficiency sawing. The sawing load was taken as the comparison object. The sawing load model based on the cutting angle was established, and the optimal sawing angle was obtained. The sawing experiments were carried out at various angles. The results indicate that the sawing load of 45° was obviously less than that of both sides. At the same time, from the perspective of the sawing load amplitude distribution, the sawing load fluctuation of 45° was obviously less than the value of 35° and 55°, which means its has a optimal stability.
