Abstract: In order to solve problems of low efficiency, large manpower demands and data low accuracy caused by current manual detection, a set of multi station liquefied petroleum gas cylinders hydrostatic test line was designed. The device was mainly divided into the visual identity line, the water injection rod and multi station test car, based on the analyzing in the method of intelligent identification, flow control in hydrostatic test and the strategy of stations cooperation. And the host computer program, based on Windows and VB.NET, was applied on test line automation, real time supervision along with data read and record. The test line was used in the factory to verify feasibility and stability. The experimental results show that, automatic hydrostatic test works well on above test line. More importantly, the test line effectively decreases the average detection time, increases production efficiency, data accuracy.
