Abstract: Aiming at the problem of eccentric vibration of the suspension system in the spinning process, the liquid balancer is an important part to reduce the eccentric vibration of the suspension system of the washing machine, the structure and working principle of the liquid balancer were studied. The internal flow field of two race liquid balancer and traditional liquid balancer was simulated by Fluent software, and the simulation results were compared and analyzed. On the suspension multi body dynamics test platform, the eccentric displacement of the suspension system with two kinds of liquid balancers was tested, and the experimental results were analyzed. The results indicate that the eccentric displacement of the suspension system with the two race liquid balancer is reduced, and the damping performance of the balancer is improved; the pressure of the liquid in the two race balancer is smaller and the service life is increased.
