Abstract: Aiming at the problem of data acquisition in the workshop of a bearing manufacturing enterprise, the transmission, storage and visualization of workshop data was studied, combining with the actual situation of the enterprise: the workshop area is large, the production environment is complex, a large quantity of acquisition points distribute in a wide area, a workshop data acquisition system based on Sub GHz wireless communication was proposed. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of several mainstream wireless communication technologies were analyzed. And then, the model of acquisition hardware equipment was selected. Also, the production database model was designed and the hardware foundation of the acquisition system was built. Finally, a production Kanban system and a web application for data presentation were developed. The entire system was commissioned in the workshop. The results indicate that the system is stable and reliable, staff can query real time production data by the production Kanban and the web application, satisfy the requirements of data acquisition and data visualization.
