Abstract: In order to improve the strength and rigidity of the rotary handle, the key parts of the structure of low voltage switch was optimized. The ANSYS software finite element analysis technology was applied to the strength test of the product operating mechanism. The loadtimehistory of critical part on the joint were obtained, the relationship between the product operating mechanism 3D model of simulation and prototype experiment was established, the method to improve product strength was presented. ANSYS software was used in the actual samples of the component model, model repeatedly check parts according to the simulation data to modify part was carried on the objective evaluation, the actual product was tested for institutional control. The part model was modified according to the analysis result, and the material was replaced by the part which has little influence on the force of the parts.The results show that the simulation process and parameters are correct, and finally the strength check meets the design requirements.
