Abstract: Aiming at the efficiency problem caused by the model intersection operation in tool interference processing algorithm, study on the feature of triangular grid model, building and advance of voxel model, the detection and processing of tool interference were carried out. A dynamically partvoxelization method was developed by generalizing the cuttingplane method and the traditional totalvoxelization method. The data reuse between two adjacent part was achieved.A quick tool interference detection and processing algorithm for triangular grid model based on dynamically partvoxelization model was designed. Experiment was carried out with the stereo lithography(STL) format model was proposed. The research results indicate that the accuracy of huge triangular grid models voxelization is improved through the dynamically partvoxelization method, and the tool interference is found quickly and modified correctly by the algorithm based on dynamically partvoxelization model with high efficiency.
