Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the lack of theoretical guidance and the performance was mainly tested by experiments in the study process of flame arrester sheet, a simulation analysis method was presented for studying pressureloss characteristics of explosionproof valve. The calculation model of flame arrester sheet was established by the CFD and Fluent, the flame arrester sheet’s simulation result of 10 groups of different initial pressure was analyzed from structure design and pressureloss, and the simulation data were fitted by Origin software, the function relationship of any convexity pressure and the initial pressure, number of convexity within flame arrester sheet was explored. The results indicate that Fluent simulation and Origin data fitting are conducive to explore the distribution law of pressure in flame arrester sheet, a function formula of any convex pressure initial pressure and number of convex function is obtained. After verification, the calculation values are basically consistent with the simulation values.
