Abstract: In order to solve the problem of efficiency and quality of canning, the techniques of air separation, vacuum suction and determination of plate thickness were investigated. After the analysis of split, round, double detection, the determination methods of airblowing separation, vacuum suction and plate thickness were presented.Then a new type of resistance welder vacuum institution, double inspection agencies, round body, and delivery agencies were designed. Finally, a cold rolling mechanism for canning was developed. The experimental results show that the kind of material can be used in the process of the canister process, the material, the double tests, the canisters, and the transports are all coordinated and controlled.The efficiency and quality of the canning is improved.The working performance and reliability of the machine are enhanced.
