Abstract: Aiming at the problem of oil level in oil well of receiving machine for embedded type oil spill recovery equipment dynamic controlling, the constitution and working principle of the dynamic inclined plane type receiving machine were expounded, the inherent law between the oil level and the speed of the ramp motor and the oil suction pump motor was revealed. The principle and realization method of the oil suction pump motor rotating speed which changes dynamically and regulates segment automatically with oil level were given, on basis of proposing method of dynamic detecting oil level . The mathematical model of the oil suction pump motor speed control system was established and simulated as well as analyzed using the Matlab/Simulink software, and the experimental test system was also built to verify the scheme. The results indicate that the oil suction pump motor speed control system responds quickly, has a stable output after 0.16 second. The motor rotating speed can adjust segment automatically with oil level, when the oil level is in different intervals, the suction pump motor can adjust its speed automatically to 650 r/min, 485 r/min and 320 r/min. Experimental results verify the correctness of the oil level dynamic control scheme, and it meet the design requirement of the system.
