Abstract: Aiming at the problem of horizontal vibration of the elevator car under the action of uneven rails, the dynamic characteristics of the elevator car at different excitation frequencies was studied. A rolling guiderail contact elevator experiment system was designed, which mainly includes elevator car model, rolling guide device and excitation system. According to the various parts of the elevator system, the car and car frame structural parts are not standardized, the elevator natural frequency experience value and the similarity principle,a horizontal elevator vibration analysis experimental platform was established to ensure the compatibility of the experimental system with theoretical analysis. LabVIEW data acquisition technology was applied to the forced vibration experiment of the guide rail. The DH1301 exciter was used to test the sinusoidal excitation of two different frequencies on one side of the guide rail. The experimental data of horizontal vibration acceleration at three different positions of the car were collected, and the data was analyzed. The results indicate that under different sinusoidal excitation frequencies, the excitation frequency is closer to the natural frequency of the system, and the amplitude of the horizontal vibration acceleration response at the centroid is larger.
