Abstract: Aiming at solving the shortage of the advanced door system, which is suitable for the highspeed elevator in the domestic market, with the research of the permanent magnet synchronous technology and the door control system in domestically and internationally, it was proposed to develop an advanced doormotor system which was used for the highspeed elevator or the superhighspeed elevator. The digital chip and intelligent power module were used as the main circuit for hardware controller of the door system. The space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) were applied to get the doormotor running curve and learning method about the positioning angle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the two motors working together and the single motor switching. The concerning system design on mechanism was described. The door system actual running curve could be surveyed and analyzed though the experiments usage significantly. The results indicate that this door system is reliable and meet the original aim. It shorten the time of opening and closing the door, enhance the efficiency of elevator usage, and the running curve is more graceful quieter smoother and safer.
