Abstract: Aiming at the problems of timeconsuming for laboring manual filling process of paraffin oil in the process of grease production, and difficulty in ensuring accuracy and realtime performance, an automatic filling device of paraffin oil that can automatically fill material, weigh and fill was studied, which based on the analysis of technological process and field layout. The mechanical structure of the device was made of aluminum profile as the base material, and the updown distribution structure was adopted to integrate feeding, weighing and filling processes. PLC was adopted as the control system for electrical control, the structure of the control system was designed, the hardware composition of the control system to be raised. Based on PLC, the program of analog quantity information collection and communication with the weighing controller was compiled. The corresponding trapezoidal diagram and the configuration of manmachine interface were written. The results indicate that the device has the advantages of simple structure, smooth operation, high filling precision, greatly improves production automation.
