Transmission design and mechanical analysis of three degree freedom retail cabinet

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large occupied space and small inside space in retail cabinet industry, a new type of three degrees of freedom and lifting and rotating pushpull intelligent largecapacity cabinet was proposed. Firstly, The vertical lift, pushpulltakesend, reciprocating rotary structure and transmission design of retail cabinet were introduced respectively. Then the grid of bracket model was divided based on Solidworks and ANSYS software, and by loading and setting boundary conditions to mechanically analyze and optimized design. At last, the stress of the triangle support of the profile of the proposed three schemes was analyzed and its cost was calculated. The results indicate that the bracket can reach the strength by means of welded grillage beam reinforcement, under the same allowable deformation, the cost calculation of different schemes of brackets with varietal method can select the optimal one and the cost of a single bracket can reduce by 28.6%.
