Spinning process of engine multi-wedge pulley

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large deformation forming technology of engine multi-wedge pulley, the plastic deformation theory, material constitutive model and friction type between materials of multi-wedge pulley material were elaborated. Three-dimensional modeling and assembly of blank, spinning wheel, core mould and tail top in spinning process of multi-wedge pulley were carried out, and the relative motion between parts was analyzed. According to the wedge structure characteristics of belt pulley, based on Deform software and rigid-plastic model, the finite element numerical simulation of stamping forming and four-way spinning process was put forward to complete the forming of multi-wedge belt pulley, and the real-time dynamic stress-strain state and forming defects of each spinning process were analyzed. The stamping forming and four-way spinning process were verified by die trial production and actual processing. The results indicate that the grooves and teeth of the multi-wedge belt are full, the shape and size of the workpiece machined basically coincide with the part drawing, and the forming effect is better. The spinning process can complete the forming process of the multi-wedge belt pulley.
