Abstract: Aiming at the problem of shelf instability caused by uneven distribution of goods in the existing three-dimensional warehouse, the seismic performance of the shuttle-type three-dimensional shelf was studied from the perspective of cargo distribution. Different cargo load ratios were formulated to study the eccentricity and center of gravity of the shelf. The finite element theory was used to study the mode shape of the shelf under different load conditions and the earthquake was applied in two directions to study the seismic response of shelves under different loads.By adding the tie rod and steel structure, and using the pseudo-static vibration experiment method, three different seismic performance enhancement schemes of the top tie rod, the Z-direction tie rod and the side wall steel frame were compared. The results indicate that the deformation of the shelf in the storage direction is related to the maximum eccentricity of the shelves stacked in the direction of the roadway, and the position of the vertically stacked goods has a greater influence on the shelf stability than the weight of the goods. The top of the shuttle shelf column is obviously deformed, and the shelf stability in the storage direction is sensitive. The side wall steel frame can significantly improve the seismic performance of the shelf.
