Abstract: Aiming at low energy efficiency of the valvecontrolled position servo system, an energysaving system was proposed to coordinate control the pump speed and independent metering. Different control strategies were designed for impedance and overrun conditions. Firstly, according to the principle of the system, the mathematical model of the position servo system with pump valve coordinated control was established. The coupling problem of this system was analyzed. Then, the feedforward feedback controller was designed in the pressure loop to improve the control effect. Finally, AMESim and MATLAB were used to establish cosimulation model for simulation analysis. The results indicate that the energy efficiency of the proposed energysaving control strategy is higher than that of load sensing control strategy. The feedforward feedback controller effectively reduces the pressure fluctuation caused by coupling, and improves the pressure control accuracy.
