Green job shop scheduling considering adjustment time

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that machine adjustment time was ignored in green workshop scheduling,the energy consumption and make-span of machine were studied in the adjustment mode and processing mode. The characteristics of energy consumption and completion time of machine were summarized in different modes. A green and flexible workshop scheduling with adjustment time was established, and the weighted normalization method was used to unify the multi-objective dimensions of this mode. The multi-layer coding method was adopted to optimize the machine selection and process sequencing problems; the iterative method of generating new solutions on the basis of the old solutions and filtering the better solutions with data analysis methods was introduced to enhance the local and global search capabilities. The benchmark cases and production examples were tested on the MATLAB simulation platform. The research results show that the scheduling scheme based on the improved brainstorming optimization algorithm is feasible and effective,the algorithm has higher convergence accuracy and faster convergence speed.
