Abstract: Aiming at the reliability issues of the rotor system of the singlestage doublesuction centrifugal pump, the finite element method was used to conduct the statics analysis and the modal analysis of the rotor system, and the reliability of the rotor system was analyzed. First of all, the structure of the rotor system of the singlestage doublesuction centrifugal pump was analyzed, and the finite element model of the rotor system was established. Then, according to the stress, strength, critical speed of the rotor system, the reliability analysis of the rotor system of the singlestage doublesuction centrifugal pump was carried out. Finally, the theory of the critical speed of the shaft of the centrifugal pump was analyzed. The research results show that the rotor system material meets the stress requirements, and the safety factor at the dangerous section of the shaft is greater than the allowable safety factor. In modal analysis calculations and theoretical calculations, the firstorder critical speed of the rotor system is far away from the fixed frequency and multiplier. At the same time, the calculated value of the firstorder critical speed of the rotor system is 1.2 times greater than the design spinning speed, which meets the design standard and has no resonance phenomenon.
