Abstract: The field dynamic balance is a multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary technology which can effectively solve the unbalance faults of complex high-speed rotors. The applicability and stability of the method, structural design and implementation methods should be considered in the study of this method. The structural design and the implementation method are also important indicators of the research. Aiming at the problem of unbalance of rotating machinery in field operation, the development and field application of integral dynamic balancing technology were reviewed. Firstly, the basis and research status of the field dynamic balancing methods were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods from the perspective of method principle and field application were analyzed. Then, according to the actual cases, the application status of the dynamic balancing methods in the field was introduced. The existing problems and the resistance and difficulties in the application of the field dynamic balancing methods were summarized. Finally, the dynamic balance system layout of "three-dimensional integration" was proposed to solve the imbalance of rotating machinery. The above systematic method can be an important direction of the research on the dynamic balance method in the future.
