Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the transmission efficiency test of the sliding wire pair, a transmission efficiency test system was developed with the microminiature plastic nut and the metal screw pair as the research object. The rotation of the nut and the linear motion of the lead screw were used to test the transmission efficiency of the lead screw pair. A torque sensor was used to measure the torque T at the input; the output end axial load force Fax of force sensor was adopted. The test system was designed with a spring load device to simulate the actual load conditions during the test of the tested screw pair; a special screw pair tooling was designed to solve the problem of installation and positioning of the screw pair; TwinCAT2software and Beckhoff PLC programming language were used to develop motion control system and data acquisition system; C++ language was used to write human-computer interaction software. The test results show that the minimum value of the test result of transmission efficiency is >77%. Under a load of 5500N, the transmission efficiency can reach 83.818%. The research results show that the test system meets the transmission error test of the tiny screw pair load.
