Car horizontal vibration prediction method based on 
guideway multiple excitation correlation

Abstract:  There are problems of correlation between multi-source excitation of high-speed elevator guide rail and horizontal vibration of car under the coupling effect of multi-source excitation. Aiming at the problem, a prediction method of horizontal vibration of car based on multi-source excitation correlation of guide rail was proposed. The horizontal vibration model of the cage was established, the multi-source excitation factors of the guide rail were analyzed, and the correlation importance of the multi-source excitation of the guide rail was obtained by the Dematel method. The equivalent stiffness of guide boots, the equivalent damping of guide boots, the vertical distance from the upper guide boots to the cage‘s center of mass were taken and the vertical distance from the lower guide boots to the cage’s center of mass were taken as inputs, and the peak acceleration of horizontal vibration and peak angular acceleration of horizontal vibration were taken as outputs, the cage horizontal vibration support vector machine (SVM) prediction model was established. The cuckoo algorithm was used to optimize the penalty factor and RBF kernel parameters of support vector machine. Finally, the Latin hypercube sampling method was used to get a series of schemes, and the horizontal vibration acceleration peak value and angular acceleration peak value of each scheme were obtained by Simulink simulation as the prediction model sample data, and CS-SVR, SVR, RBF, BP and GA-BP prediction models were established respectively for comparative experiments. Determination coefficient, mean square error, mean relative error and maximum relative error were used to evaluate the prediction model. The results indicate that the error of CS-SVR prediction results is about 5.43% compared with KLK2 prototype experiment, and the prediction effect is the best. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
