Process quality monitoring of the flexible production line of the spindle box

Abstract: In the manufacturing process of flexible production lines, there were phenomena of discretization of quality information, delayed data collection and processing, and low product quality qualification rate. Aiming at these problems, a quality monitoring platform for flexible manufacturing production line was proposed. Taking the processing of the spindle box flexible production line as an example, statistical process control (SPC) was adopted by analyzing the production line processing flow and process quality parameters. The production line monitoring process, the production line quality monitoring platform was built, the real-time collection and display of production line data information was realized, the data structure model for data storage was designed.The multi-protocol integrated collection method and the realtime display communication protocol were used to realize the monitoring platform data real-time collection and display of the production line; through the analysis of the process capability, it was judged whether the current production line processing was under control and whether there was a risk of quality abnormality, and the influence of the process capability on the product qualification rate was analyzed. Finally, the production monitoring experiment was carried out on the actual production line to verify the feasibility of the quality monitoring platform. The research results show that the process quality monitoring platform can dynamically monitor the processing status of the production line in real time, increase the product qualification rate of the production line to 96%, and can maintain a high level of production and processing for a long time.
