Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high precision position control of servo direct drive closed pump control system, a system simulation digital platform based on AMESim and MATLAB software was proposed. Firstly, the hydraulic principle of the servo direct drive closed pump control system was introduced, and the mathematical models of servo motor, hydraulic pump and servo cylinder were established. Then, the simulation model of the hydraulic system was established based on AMESim software, and the mathematical model of improved sliding mode variable structure control strategy was established based on MATLAB software. The interface parameters of the software were configured accordingly. Finally, the composition of the experimental platform was briefly introduced, and the output curves of the experimental platform and the simulation model were compared and analyzed respectively under the sinusoidal position input signal and step position input signal. The research results show that under the step position input signal, the system response time is about 2s, the steady state accuracy reaches 0.01mm; and under the sinusoidal position input signal, the system amplitude error is about 0.25mm, the phase lag is about 10 °. The simulation platform basically matches the experimental curve within the allowable error range.
