Abstract: At present, there are some problems in oilfield pumps, such as fuzziness of fault state and fault judgment, one-sided condition evaluation index, weak guidance of on-site maintenance and so on. Aiming at this problem, an analysis model method based on fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) was studied to assess the health status of oilfield pumps. Firstly, the 9scale is one-to-one corresponding to the severity in failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), the judgment matrix was established through pairwise comparison, the weight vector was calculated, and the weight matrix was established through consistency test; secondly, the degradation degree was calculated according to the monitoring data and substituted into the affiliation degree function to generate the fuzzy judgment matrix; then, on this basis, using the weight matrix and the deterioration degree fuzzy judgment matrix, the health status evaluation matrix was obtained by matrix multiplication, and the equipment health status was evaluated in real time according to the principle of maximum membership degree; Finally, using the health evaluation model, a health evaluation experiment was carried out on the plunger pump used in the oilfield water injection system to verify the effectiveness of the model. The results show that the health state evaluation model has good practicality and feasibility in engineering, and can reflect the fault state of the equipment in operation in real time, reduce the total cost of equipment maintenance by 5%~10%, save 20%~50% of the planned maintenance time, and provide effective guidance and help for the field maintenance and repair.
