Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the traditional sluice could not realize automatic channel decontamination and desilting, a decontamination sluice integrating trash rack, desilter and hydraulic servo control system was proposed. First, the 3D mechanical structure of integrated decontamination sluice was designed by SolidWorks, and the simulation test of dredging and cleaning action was carried out. Then the stress analysis of the core stress component hydraulic cylinder was carried out, the hydraulic cylinder and base were checked and tested by ANSYS Workbench, the selection process and method of hydraulic cylinder and servo motor were analyzed. Finally, the hydraulic servo test platform model was simulated by MATLAB, the dynamic performance curve of the system was obtained, and the operation of PID control and non PID control system was compared and analyzed. The research results indicate that the mechanical structure of the integrated sewage sluice can not only realize the functions of sewage cleaning and desilting, but also meet the stress and verification requirements. At the same time, the PID algorithm can stabilize the system in about 0.38 s, and the steady-state error tends to 0, which ensures the rapid and accurate positioning of trash rack and desilter, and meets the needs of unmanned management of channels in agricultural irrigation areas.
