Abstract: Aiming at the influencing factors of the pressure soaring rate, a certain type of two-way cartridge valve was used, and the corresponding influencing factors were analyzed by combining mathematics and simulation models. AMESim was used to simulate the twoway cartridge valve system and conduct corresponding experiments. Firstly, through the main analysis of the structure of the cartridge valve and the relevant standards of the pressure rise of the cartridge valve, the force analysis of the cartridge valve was carried out, and then the factors related to the pressure rise were analyzed through the corresponding simulation software. Firstly, the structure of the cartridge valve was mainly analyzed, the relevant standards of the pressure rise of the cartridge valve were studied, and the force analysis of the cartridge valve was also carried out. Then, the relevant factors of pressure rise were studied, and the influence of pilot valve reversing time, pipeline length, orifice diameter and substitution, pressure grade and flow grade on the pressure rise rate were analyzed by corresponding simulation software.Finally,according to the above simulation results, a certain type of two-way cartridge valve was selected to conduct transient experiments respectively, and the soaring requirements of the cartridge valve were verified.The results show that the reversing time of the pilot valve has a certain influence on the soaring rate. As the reversing time becomes longer, the pressure rise rate presents a trend of slowdown acceleration; as the pipeline length increases, the pressure rise rate decreases.As the diameter of the hole increases, the pressure rise rate shows an upward trend of slowing growth.The replacement of the orifice affects the pressure rise rate and can speed up the pressure rise rate.The pressure and flow level have a significant impact on the pressure rise rate.
