Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of hydraulic hardware selection and control system design of a certain type of proportional pressure flow integrated valve currently developed, a corresponding hydraulic test bench was developed, and the performance test research of the test bench was carried out. Firstly, the whole system was divided into hydraulic system, electrical system and measurement and control system for analysis. Then the hydraulic system was modified accordingly and the hardware selection was determined, followed by the electrical design and programming of the test bench, and the hydraulic computer aided test technology (CAT) was used to realize the functions of data acquisition, display and data control and processing. Finally, according to the current national and mechanical industry standards, the standard experimental equipment and the designed test bench were used to conduct relevant comprehensive performance tests. The results show that the test bench improves the range of test components and the accuracy of the test through the selection of hydraulic hardware, the integration of the control system and the optimization of the software program. Comparing with the existing test bench, the designed test bench has the characteristics of high sampling frequency, high integration and multi-functionality.
