Abstract:  Optimizing the structural parameters of the greening machine to obtain the optimal drum structure and motion parameters was of great significance for improving the quality of tea and the efficiency of greening.Aiming at the defects such as low efficiency and blindness in mechanical structure design of tea infrared de-enzyme machine. The influence of the cone angle of the drum, the inclination angle of the guide vane, the helix angle of the guide vane, the height of the guide vane and the rotating speed of the drum on the quality of the green tea were studied, and the optimal structural parameters of the drum structure of the infrared tea green fixing machine were obtained.Firstly, combined with the structure and working principle of the tea infrared de-enzyme machine, coupled Fluent of computational fluid dynamics with extended distinct element method(EDEM)were applied to simulate the movement trajectory of tea particle, the drum inner temperature distribution and the temperature distribution oftea particlein the de-enzyme machine cylinder. Then, helix angle of the guide vane (A), inclination angle of the guide vane (B), rotating speed of the cylinder (C), taper angleof the cylinder (D) and height of the guide vane (E) were used to design a five-factor and four-level orthogonal experiment, and the heating rate at the same time was as the optimization goal. Based on different structure parameter combination, the influence of the structural parameters of the de-enzyme machine cylinder on the inner temperature distribution of the cylinder and the heating rate of tea particles was investigated. Finally, based the analyzed results, the optimal structural parameters were obtained, and the prototype was trial-produced and tested. The results indicate that the influence degree of cylinder structural parameters on the tea heating rate is: C>A>B>E>D, and the optimum parameters of the structure are: helix angle of guide vane 15°, inclination angle of the guide vane 21°, rotating speed of the cylinder 37 r/min, height of the guide vane 55mm and taper angleof the cylinder 2°. After the optimized infrared de-enzyme machine, the efficiency of this machine has been improved by 31.6%.
