Abstract: Aiming to precisely characterize the performance of micro-compact circulation pumps, a high-precision closed miniature circulating pump performance test system based on LabVIEW was designed. Firstly, based on the four design criteria of circulating pump test system, the overall framework of closed circulating pump test system was established.Then,virtual technology, sense technology and test technology were combined to complete the hardware construction to collect and transform the parameters, and a data management center was adopted to realize the management of the software. Finally, performance test and cavitation test were designed, and four aspects of test logic, data analysis, flow rate adjustment and application comparison were analyzed and summarized. The results of the work demonstrate that the test system is used for performance test on the microcirculation pump and for the cavitation test, and that it is a good solution to the problem of the high precision characterization of the performance of the mini circulation pump, and the accuracy of the flow through control is maintained at a steady ±0.5%, which proves out the reliability of the test system. The test system may provide a test method for micro circulation pumps as well as technical support for monitoring the operational status of high precision micro circulation pumps.
