Journal of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal sponsored by Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group, Zhejiang University, and published by Zhejiang Journal of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. under normal conditions, all articles published in the Journal are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Deduction 4.0 license (CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0).

All articles are published in an open-access format, and immediately after publication, the articles are publicly and permanently available for all readers to read, download, copy, forward, print, retrieve or link to the articles of the Journal free of charge. Nevertheless, during use, it is required to retain the author’s signature, author’s affiliation information, and the publication date of Journal of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
