新型高速液压缸内缓冲装置及其特性的研究

摘要:针对高速液压缸在高速运动中存在强烈冲击问题,提出了一种新型高速液压缸内缓冲装置,并对其缓冲机理进行了分析。通过选择节流孔数量、孔径以及分布位置作为设计变量,以相应位置的理想节流面积与实际节流面积的差作为目标函数,采用Monte Carlo算法作为优化方法,经过一系列的寻优迭代,从而获得了优化后的缓冲结构参数。在AMESim中构建了其系统仿真模型,基于仿真模型分析了关键参数对缓冲性能的影响规律。研究结果表明该缓冲装置缓冲过程平稳且缓冲过程时间短,能够满足高速液压缸的缓冲要求。

Study on a novel buffering device of highspeed
hydraulic cylinder and its characteristics

Abstract: Aiming at the sharp shock problem existing in the high speed movement of the high speed hydraulic cylinder, a novel buffering device of highspeed hydraulic cylinder was presented and its buffering mechanism was also analyzed. The optimized structure parameters were obtained by means of selecting the number, diameter and distributing position as design variables, the difference between best throttling area and actual one as the objective function, and Monte Carlo algorithm. Based on the simulation model in the AMESim, the influences of key parameters on buffering performance were analyzed. The results show that the process of the buffering device is smooth and the buffering time is short, which can meet the buffering demand of highspeed cylinder.
