Calculation system for corrected rating life in rolling bearing based on MATLAB GUI

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of the complex calculation and low calculation accuracy in rolling bearing fatigue life, and the low machine design efficiency, the basic rating life of the bearing was estimated by using the LP calculation model. Considering the factors of fatigue failure, reliability, materials, lubrication and cleaning conditions, the basic rating life of the bearing was further modified. The calculation system of corrected rating life in rolling bearing was developed by using MATLAB GUI software platform. Ten kinds of independent calculation interfaces for common rolling bearing were designed in the system. The operation method of running executable program exe file was discussed. The correctness of the calculation results was verified by comparison with the example results. The results indicate that the system has the advantages of wide coverage, simple operation and high calculation accuracy, and improves the design efficiency of the machine, and also provides a reference for the development of other calculation systems.
